Chinese midterms are finished. My salary is waiting to be collected. The labor day holiday begins in two days. A monk friend of a friend just invited me to ride in his "little vehicle" to his temple just outside of Changxing (long happiness), in Zhejiang Province, a half-day trip outside of Shanghai. This will be my first time leaving the stinkcity since I returned from the States in February. It's about time.
